We need somebody to help us with the permit application for the renovation plans below:
- Installing 2 dormer windows (front and back)
- Demolishing a load carrying wall (8 m²) between the kitchen and living room . A few other intermediate walls will also be demolished so it is good to see the house before the calculations.
- Extending the balcony 1m and connecting it to the garden with stairs as neighbors did.
- Making 2 windows on the face a little larger (~20cm). I would appreciate if give an indication about the cost and timeframe. (Ps: I can read Dutch but can't speak).
